My house is perfectly setup to host guest for a great time in Amsterdam who like to be smart with there money.



Close to public transport, outside the ring road in a quiet residential area.

I have attached the floorplans, the orange area is solely for you, the blue areas are common and the rest is either mine or my daughter.

It’s perfect for a family or a group of friends. it has a roof terrace and a trampoline, you can't go wrong.

7 minutes -> Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena Station (walk)

17 minutes from Bijlmer Arena Station -> Central Station (metro)

12 minutes from Bijlmer Arena Station -> Schiphol Airport (train)


H O U S E - R U L E S:

Your profile picture must be you or your family,

Identification check on arrival,

No loud noises after 23:00,
no smoking weed on the roofterrace.

The number of people on your booking is the number of people who are staying. If an extra guest is found you'll be removed instantly without reimbursement.


Use the main door to enter and walk up to the second floor. 

Here you find the first double room with an ensuite bathroom plus a separate toilet.


On the third floor the room has a double bed but also has a table and a sofa to relax after a day in the city.

In the summer you will enjoy the roof terrace, it's equipped with a bench, 2 chairs, a little table and a trampoline.

There's a fridge on your way up but cooking options are limited.


Communication is key!
I assist where necessary.

As you can read in my reviews I'm most of the time available to assist, give you tips and sometimes a little chat.


I do think that locals make the difference.


The travel basics are there; towels, soap, shampoo and a hairdryer
