The space
INSIDE:
Enter through the main side entrance from the private driveway and step into a bright, elegant interior with a cozy, all-white modern design. To the right, discover the spacious primary bedroom featuring a TV, ample closet space, and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower. To the left, a hallway leads you to a full bathroom with a beautiful freestanding tub. Adjacent is the owner's locked closet. On the right side of the hall, you'll find two guest bedrooms—one with a full-size bed, the other with a queen-size bed, both with closet space. At the end of the hall, the space opens into a welcoming open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a washer and dryer, and the dining area seats six around a round table. The living room features a comfortable couch, smart TV, and cozy chairs facing a gas fireplace. Step through to the front porch with a small outdoor couch and coffee table, offering a serene partial lake view framed by trees.

BACKYARD:
The beautifully designed backyard is also accessible through the sliding door in the primary bedroom. Relax in style with outdoor furniture surrounding a pellet stove, a gas BBQ, and an outdoor TV. Unwind in the wood-burning hot tub or the private wood-burning sauna. Enjoy evenings by the firepit, surrounded by stylish benches and a charming swing set. An outdoor dining table completes this peaceful retreat.

GARAGE/GAME ROOM:
Step into the ultimate entertainment space. The garage-turned-game-room features a pool table, pellet stove, and movie theater setup. In the far corner, enjoy a bar area. The room also includes board games, little fridge a karaoke machine, dart board, and cornhole boards—perfect for fun-filled nights with friends or family.

Guest access
If you are planning to use the Association amenities, wristbands are $10 per person and can be purchased directly at the community office:

Mon–Thurs: 8 AM – 4 PM

Friday: 8 AM – 6 PM

Saturday: 8 AM – 2 PM

After 2 PM on Saturday and all day Sunday, wristbands can be purchased at the Seneca Pool Snack Shack (cash only).

Community Amenities

- MAIN LAKE - Partially seen from the living room window - just few steps away

Main Lake is our largest lake in the development that spans 45 acres! It is also 4 ft deep and has a great fish life for our avid fisherman (permits required)!
There are also several different playgrounds for our younger members.
Please keep in mind that the ropes are not put out for swimming until early summer.

Seneca Pool


- BOULDER LAKE
Boulder Lake is the fan favorite among our members! It is 9.4 acres wide and can go to almost 12 feet deep!
Boulder Lake also features a playground area, boat racks and even a volleyball net.
Please remember that swimming is allowed when the ropes are put out in early summer.

- The BASKETBALL COURT is located right next to our clubhouse and across the way from Main Lake. It is a great area for the kids to play after school!

Fishing Lake

- FISHING LAKE is 3.3 acres wide and 4 and a half feet deep and is a favorite for fishing!
In fact, every year we hold our annual Fishing Derby at this very lake!

Other things to note
We are located in a Private Gated Community (Indian Mountain Lakes). You will have to provide us with full names of all guests before your stay. You will have to check in at the Security Booth/Gate upon arrival and provide them with the property address, all names and IDs of all guests.
Please, note that any names that were not given to us prior to your arrival will not be able to enter the Community.

Please, note that we need to submit Reservation Form to the Office at least 2 business days before your check in date. In case of last minute inquiries that are less than 2 business days to the trip, or in case that the guest did not provide us with the required information on time - fee of $80 will be added
