Just a short walk from the beach, the holiday apartment Cormorani - 13 is located in the center of Golfo Aranci. The 40 m² holiday apartment on the first floor consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a fan as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The highlight of this accommodation is its covered veranda furnished with a table and chairs.

Perfect location for all you need

Pros: The apartment was clean and newly renovated. It was in a prime location at 2nd beach and all others within a short stroll. The restaurants and shops also a stroll away. Cons: As this was newly renovated there were a few teething problems ie WiFi, but this was rectified quickly. Very helpful staff.

Schöne Wohnung und sehr gut gelegen

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in Golfo Aranci verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hübsch eingerichtet. Sie ist super gelegen. Man braucht zum Strand nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß und man ist auch nicht weit zur Uferpromenade entfernt. Es steht ein kleiner 2 Tassen Espressokocher zur Verfügung welcher uns gereicht hat. Eine Kaffeemaschine ist aber nicht verfügbar. WLAN/WIFI ist in der Wohnung auch nicht verfügbar. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein und Wasser. Leider fehlten aus unserer Sicht auch ein paar Grundsachen in der Küche, z.B. waren kein Salz und Pfeffer vorhanden.Die Wohnung wird durch eine Agentur vermietet. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war leider alles andere als gut. Der Check In wurde sehr kurzfristig abgestimmt und auf Antworten meiner Fragen wie es mit der Müllentsorgung, WLAN und dem Check Out aussieht warte ich noch heute. Ich würde beim nächsten Mal eine Wohnung bevorzugen, welche von privat und nicht über eine Agentur vermietet wird. Da hat man wohl doch besseren Kontakt. Alles in allem kann ich die Wohnung empfehlen und hoffe das die Wohnungsagentur ihre Kommunikation verbessert
