Great vacation place for a family of four. House was clean, organized, well supplied and comfortable. Communication with hosts was excellent and we appreciated the hospitality! Hope to return next summer!

Very nice and well designed property. As soon as you open the door, you can tell that a lot of love and dedication came into designing this beautiful little cottage.Done with taste. Well located, away from the busy beach town center, yet very close to the main street (Maddox Street) and to the National Park where the beach is located.It will be our to-go-to place in the Island.

The host was very responsive and brought toys over for our children to help occupy them while we were there. The host is also connected to the Daisey's Island Cruises and gave us a discounted price to take in the cruise while we were on the island. That was very enjoyable and helped us learn more about the island and the annual pony round-up. It suited our family of 5 well.

The cottage is adorable and the owners are superb! The house was super clean, well-appointed, and in a very quiet area. I would gladly stay her again.pros:quiet well stocked kitchenwasher/dryernice tub/showercomfy bedsgreat ownerslot of thick towels and pillowscons:mosquitoes! (nothing the owner could do about this as it is the entire area)good to know:steps to front entrancetall sides to tub might be an issue for somewear bug spray everywhere!Assateague beach is close and easy to accesseverything on Chincoteague Island is easily accessible

We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our 2 night getaway. Great location for everything on the island. Quiet and comfortable beds. Only suggestion would be a picnic table outside and a fan/vent for the bathroom. Maybe some hooks or place to hang clothes.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We are glad you enjoyed your stay! We hope eventually to have a way to add a bar for hanging some things! And a picnic table is a great idea ! Hopefully that’s something we can work on building for the future! The air vent in the bathroom may be a struggle as it’s an old Chincoteague house! But totally understand where you are coming from! We hope to see you again some time!
