気になった点 : チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Horrible service. We booked as 7 people, 3 bedrooms and baths. We only came as 5 out of personal reasons. We still needed 3 bedrooms because we are normal friends and wanted private space. They cut put one room from us, because we were only 5 people while we paid money for 3 bedrooms and so on. We still asked multiple times if we could use the 3rd bedroom we already paid for, they denied us multiple times.It wasalso funny seeing another couple living in the rooms we booked then for 2 days. They said they were friends and didnt took money, but if they are so rude to deny us one out of 3 rooms we already paid for, I doubt they are honest in this regard.Wouldnt book again or recommend, the loacations was still nice. So if you want to visit this location, do so but dont take this here.
