The Residence

The open-concept living area is centered around a cozy gas fireplace and flows naturally into the fully equipped kitchen and private deck. The layout gives everyone room to relax after a day on the mountain, while the two private king bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for families, friends, or two couples traveling together.

The private deck includes a gas grill, making it easy to enjoy a meal at home when you're ready for a quieter evening.

Guests have access to the residence, private deck, community hot tub, and one reserved garage parking space.

Garage clearance: Approximately 6 ft. 8 in. with a steep entry angle. Vehicles with lift kits or oversized tires will not fit. Full-size stock trucks and SUVs, such as a Toyota Tundra or Nissan Armada, may fit but will be very tight.

Getting Around

Mountain Village is highly walkable from the residence. Ski lifts, the Gondola, ski school, rentals, restaurants, shops, and après-ski are all nearby.

The free Gondola provides easy access between Mountain Village and downtown Telluride.

A vehicle is not necessary once you arrive.

Traveling with Children

Baby equipment is available for rent through Traveling Lite by Patti, including Pack 'n Plays and other baby equipment.

AWD or 4WD is strongly recommended during winter. Please check current road conditions before traveling.

Important Information

Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
No air conditioning. It is rarely needed at Telluride's approximately 9,500-foot elevation.
Telluride Golf Club is private and available only to members and their guests.
During spring and fall shoulder seasons, Gondola operations may be limited. Please verify operating dates before booking.
