With four bedrooms and 3.5 baths, each upstairs bedroom has its own full bath, including a master en-suite, making it perfect for families, grandparents, or business travelers. Mildred is a short walk to the Chattahoochee Riverwalk, restaurants, and shops, just 1.5 miles south of downtown Columbus. Enjoy dinner at the Black Cow or Minnie's nearby! The Space:

This historic blue beauty has a fully fenced yard with original wrought iron fencing in front. The front gate opens to a short walkway up a small flight of stairs to the partial wraparound brick front porch. The front door open to a foyer area. To the right is the staircase leading upstairs, and to the left is the main living space, with the formal dining room with seating for 8 straight ahead. To the left in the living room, there is a 70" SmartTV and ample seating for the entire family. The original center fireplace remains now for decorative purposes only. The living room wraps around this fireplace, and the other side has a large dining area with farmhouse style dining table. Off the main living area is a true "chef's kitchen" with a modern range and oven. The kitchen has back door access to the back deck and fenced yard.



This home features four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The main floor bedroom has two full beds. Please note this bedroom does not have a true door, but a curtain has been installed for privacy. The master bedroom has a king bed and full en-suite bathroom with tub and SmartTv. The third bedroom has a queen bed with SmartTV, and the fourth bedroom has another Queen bed, twin bed, and SmartTV. All bedrooms have dressers with plenty of storage for clothing, and there are two more full bathrooms upstairs.

Guest Access:

Guests will access the home with a digital keypad. Guests will have full and private access to the entire home and yard. There are no shared spaces.



The Neighborhood:

Our home is located in the heart of uptown Columbus in a great location walkable to a variety of different attractions and dining options. While many homes have been completely renovated and restored, there are several homes on the block that are still awaiting loving owners to bring them back to their full beautiful potential. We are located about 1.5 miles south of downtown Columbus, and .4 miles directly east of the Coca Cola Space Science Center, and .8 miles south of the Riverwalk.



Getting Around:

Our home is walkable to multiple areas of Columbus, and Uber and Lyft are readily in available in the area. If you choose to drive, there are two parking spots available on-site.

Many of the homes we manage in Columbus are historic and full of character—something guests love when visiting for Fort Benning graduations, family trips, or extended stays. Many of these homes are also owned by military and veteran families, which makes hosting guests visiting the area especially meaningful to us.



With that charm comes a few natural quirks, such as creaky floors, older windows that may allow slight temperature variation, and original plumbing systems that require a bit of care.



We’ve taken great care to ensure the home is clean, comfortable, and fully guest-ready—while preserving the character that makes it special. If you’re looking for a brand-new home, this may not be the best fit, but if you appreciate charm and a unique stay, you’ll feel right at home.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.



Interaction with Guests:

We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
