It is quietly located on a large private estate that you enter through an electronic gate and a long driveway. Start the day with breakfast on one of the two covered terraces, one of which is adjacent to the outdoor kitchen with barbecue. There is plenty of space for the kids to play, in the pool for example!
Within 5 minutes you reach the centre of Saint-Antonin-du-Var with a bakery and a grocery shop. At 9 kilometres from the holiday home you find the charming village of Lorgues with its many terraces and restaurants and the weekly Provencal market.
The area is perfect for walking and cycling tours; past old villages such as Le Thoronet (monastery), Sillans-la-Cascade (waterfall) and Carcès (fishing lake), all within a distance of 15 km. Also worth seeing in the area is the town of Salernes (13 km), known for its pottery and the characteristic red tiles that adorn many old houses.
For exceptional natural beauty, head to the Provençal town of Cotignac (16 km), where you can hike along valleys, rock ridges, forests and ravines
