This exclusive villa is located in Tossa de Mar and offers a magnificent view of the nearby sea. The two-storey villa features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a large induction hob, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment as well as a separate drinks fridge, five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a guest WC, and accommodates up to ten people. Amenities include reliable Wi-Fi in all rooms, ceiling fans, washing machine, dryer, satellite TV, DVD player, as well as children's books and toys. Baby cots and high chairs are available free of charge. There is a table tennis table on the roof terrace.



The private outdoor area includes a pool, garden, garden furniture, terraces, balcony, barbecue, playground and an outdoor shower.



Distances: The nearest beach restaurant is 1.0 km away, the nearest café and bar are each 3.5 km away, the nearest supermarket is 0.5 km away, and the nearest beach (Platja Santa María de Llorell) is 1.0 km away. Girona-Costa Brava Airport is 37.7 km away.



Free on-street parking is available. Alternatively, you can use a private garage for up to three cars for an additional fee.



The deposit can only be refunded by bank transfer. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee. There is no air conditioning. Please note that government water regulations may apply during your stay, which could restrict the use of the pool, garden watering or tap water consumption.

Rooms were spacious and the well stocked kitchen made it easy for family dining. It was an easy commute to either Lloret or Tossa de Mar but for beach we preferred the smaller private one. The owner was very prompt in getting back to me when I was looking into booking a villa, and very helpful with any questions I had regarding area etc.

The design of the villa is very interesting and maximises the beautiful views of the hills and to the Sea in the distance. The furniture and decoration is classy and to a high standard, and outside the pool and outdoor sun terrace were absolutely wonderful for our children to play in. The villa is 10 minutes drive to the amazing town of Tossa De Mar where we went many times to explore and eat! Kurt the owner is very friendly and easy to deal with, we would highly recommend a stay here if you are thinking of it.

Lovely house in a great location

Pros: More than enough space for all of us and really helpful to have so many bathrooms. Great to be able to sit outside, again plenty of space. Lovely to have the private beach. Cons: We didn't realise that with the layout of the roads, it was a lot further to walk to Tossa than we'd hoped. You definitely need a car, even just to go to the local supermarket. Bed linen looking a little tired. Coffee machine not working and it would have been helpful to have more than one set of keys.

Pros: We have stayed at Es Mirador twice now, and we really love the house with the garden and pool, the view, the surroundings with the private beach and the proximity to charming Tossa de Mar and Barcelona. Also a very efficient and professional owner. Definitely a place we would love to go back to yet another time. Only one recommendation as an improvement; when traveling with teenagers the wifi tend to be EXTREMELY important. I would recommend to boost capacity with the broadband and wifi system. All in all; highly recommended!

Pros: My family and my brother's recently spent 2 weeks at this excellent villa in a fantastic location for our first proper holiday in 3 years and it was worth the wait! It's a spacious and comfortable property with all mod cons, including an ample pool, a climbing frame in generous garden for younger kids, and a table tennis on an upper terrace to mention a few. It comfortably slept the 10 in our party and has lots of patio space for outside dining and lounging. It's on a gated estate meaning we always felt safe and secure and has access to a lovely semi-private beach with a friendly restaurant and bar only 10 minutes walk away. The charming resort town of Tossa De Mar is only 5 minutes away by car or walkable if you feel energetic and has lots of relaxing bars and a variety of restaurants, as well as a picturesque beach and plenty of watersport activities available. The owner of this property was also a pleasure to deal with and everything was very well set up to make our stay extremely pleasurable. Would highly recommend!

Pros: We were three families with small children staying in the house in August 2017. We really enjoyed our stay in the house and can warmly recommend it. The house was clean and modern and even though we were many people in the house it never felt small thanks to the large living area and many bed rooms. Our young children amused themselves with the playground in the garden when not swimming in the pool. Since the pool has no safety cover we had a grown up always watching the pool. This was not a problem since the pool was situated next to the terrace. High trees gave the pool shadow until noon which we found very positive during the hottest days. To be able to access the private beach with a short drive was very convenient and we never considered going to another beach.

Pros: We rented Es Mirador in June 2016 and took both our parents and young children. It was a mix of a perfect pool and garden for young children, lovely beach down the road if we wanted it and lots of exploring for the adults. There was so much room and our parents were happy to get the ground floor rooms which were very quiet and comfortable Our parents went out most days to explore the Costa Brava - Barcelona is an hour away with a great zoo for little children. The old town of Tossa is a delight with a wonderful Castillo on the headland, and great restaurants to choose from. Lloret de Mar has a Water World. Salvador Dali Museum is at Figures which is an hour away. Girona is under an hour and is worth exploring with its walk along the city wall with stunning views from above. However, for the children and adults who stayed at home in this lovely villa, we had beautiful views of the sea, the pool, sun terraces and a wonderful adventure playground built into the garden which meant our children never wanted to leave. It is all very well equipped, everything works, it seems well thought out, its all very comfortable including beds.

Pros: We have rented the villa for one week with a group of students. The villa is located in a very quiet place, so if you want to relax and chill it is a very nice place to be. It is less attractive for young people because you can really hear everything nearby at night. The villa is located in a quiet zone, so you had to be quiet at around 10 pm to 11 pm. Due the Covid-19 measures almost all the clubs were closed, so we only went to the bar for a few nights. The villa looked well maintained on arrival. Everything was cleaned well and works fine. The villa doesn't have airconditioning, but with the windows open the temperature is very pleasant. The wifi connection was not very good, sometimes better than other times. The master bedroom is definitely the best room. The mattresses in the other rooms were quite soft, but that is a personal preference. The pool was very nice and looked clean. But the neighbors have tall trees, so it takes a while before the sun reaches the pool. Therefore, the pool was too cold to swim in the morning. Kurt was very friendly and responded quickly to emails and requests. The collection of keys and the final check went very smoothly.

Pros: We had a wonderful time in Es Mirador. The villa is beautiful and the location — the beach on Cala Llorell and the town of Tossa were truly stunning. The villa was very clean and spacious with everything we needed supplied. The garden is very well kept with a small play area and very good wooden playhouse at the bottom of the garden for smaller children. The pool is small, but was large enough for us (2 adults and 3 children). The outside dining table on the terrace, barbecue and roof terrace with table tennis table and view of the sea are perfect to while away the evenings. The beach is a short walk from the villa but we preferred to drive down and park nearby so as to not have to walk back up the steep hill. I would highly recommend exploring the local beaches. The nearest, Llorell is very pleasant but the beach next to it -- Porto Pi -- is accessed via some steep stairs and a tunnel with a no entry sign is a real adventure for the children! Tossa is one of the nicest towns on the Costa Brava, much more so than Lloret, which is like a mini-Las Vegas. Tossa is about a 10 minute drive and the Esclat supermarket -- the first building you reach from the villa is very good in terms of price and product range (better than Lidl or Mercadona). You can also take a very picturesque walk to Tossa (about 1 hour taking the first right from the main road as you pass the Grill Barbacoa). There are many good bars (especially at the lighthouse) and restaurants in Tossa and the castle area and old town are unmissable. Fortunately we have mobile phones with good data though. The only issues we had were with the Wifi, which wasn't really usable (not really a problem if you have a good data package with your mobile phone and can use your phone as a hotspot -- 4G coverage is very good here). There is also only one TV in the villa which can be problematic if you have different children wanting to all relax watching different things. If you access the development (the entrance is further up from the entrance gate for the Llevado campsite) after 11pm you will need to use a code as the gate isn't manned at this time (you'll need to pay for a windscreen sticker upon arrival). Remember to enter the hash on the keypad after the code otherwise the gate won't open.

In diesem Jahr haben wir unseren Gruppen-Urlaub in dem bislang schönsten Ferienhaus aller Zeiten verbracht. ES MIRADOR ist eine toll gelegene Luxusunterkunft mit erstklassiger Ausstattung und allem denkbaren Komfort. Für jedes mitreisene Paar stand ein großes, separates Schlafzimmer mit bequemem Doppelbett und eigenem Luxusbad (Mosaikfliesen, transparente Trennwand, hochwertige Ausstattung, Fön etc.) zur Verfügung. Die komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Kaffeevollautomat, Backofen, Mikrowelle, zwei großen Kühlschränken und großer Theke ließ ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Mahlzeiten konnten gemeinsam am großen Tisch in der offenen Küche oder auf der Terrasse eingenommen werden. Das große Wohnzimmer bot mit bequemen Couches und Sesseln, großem Flachbildfernseher, Kamin und einem Kicker alles Nötige für ein paar entspannte Stunden. Neben der Hauptterrasse gab es eine Sonnen-Terrasse mit tollen Panoramablick aufs Mittelmeer.Last but not least stand auf einer Dachterrasse eine Tischtennisplatte, wo wir einige Stunden sportiv verbracht haben. Zur Abkühlung stand ein schöner, gepflegter Pool bereit, der schön kühl gewesen ist. Das gesamte Haus war ebenso gut in Schuss wie die Außenanlage mit Abenteuerspielplatz für Kids. Eine bessere Unterkunft haben wir in Santa Maria noch nicht gesehen - wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Pros: Einen wunderschönen Urlaub haben wir im Juli 2020 im Es MIRDOR erlebt. Wir haben das Haus mit 4 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern (1,3,4, 9 und 12 Jahre) bewohnt und es war einfach nur großartig. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist sehr gut durchdacht, da man sehr gut mit zwei Familie in diesem Haus wohnen kann und trotzdem genug „Freiheit“/Privatsphäre hat. Bei uns hatte jede Familie eine Etage. Unsere drei Kinder mit uns oben (3 Zimmer mit Doppelbetten und jeweils sehr guten Matrazen) und jedes Zimmer hatte ein Bad. Das schönste und größte Zimmer mit Kingsizebett hat auch das komfortabelste Bad mit großer Dusche und großer Badewanne,welche auch gut genutzt wurde um nach einem tollen Pool oder/und Strandtag die Kleinen in einem Schwung zu baden. Meine Schwester mit Familie nutzen die unteren 2 Schlafzimmer (eins davon hat auch ein großes Bad). Es befinden sich fest installierte Kindertoilettensitze (zum hochklappen) auf den Toiletten. Ich betone das so, da alle Familien mit kleineren Kindern wissen, dass dies so eine Erleichterung schafft im Alltag. Daran merkt man wie gut Familie Leidinger auf Familie und Kinder eingerichtet ist. Die Küche ist auch sehr gut eingerichtet. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Geschirr,Besteck,Gläser in allen Varianten (Trink-,Wein-, Bier-, Schnapsgläser etc.) ausreichend vorhanden. Der Kaffee aus dem Kaffeevollautomat schmeckt sehr gut, 2 Toaster und der Sandwichmaker wurden auch gerne von uns genutzt. Waschmaschine und Trockner waren auch gut im Einsatz und erleichterten gerade mir eine Menge Arbeit zuhause da der Großteil der Wäsche gewaschen mit nach Hause kam. Da wir in diesem Jahr mit der Coronapandemie zu kämpfen hatten haben wir uns fast nur im und ums Haus aufgehalten. Der Pool,der Kinderspielplatz am Haus und der gepflegte Garten hat es uns da natürlich sehr leicht gemacht das Haus nicht großartig verlassen zu müssen. Es ist alles tipptopp gepflegt (einmal die Woche kommt der Gärtner und Poolboy). Natürlich waren wir auch am Strand. Das Haus verließen wir dann durch die Garage. Eine Treppe vom Haus aus führt direkt in diese. Dort standen unsere zwei Autos und vom Kajak, über zig Luftmatratzen, Booten, Sonnenschirmen etc. konnten wir dort alles gut lagern. Wir durften auch den Druckluftkompressor nutzen,was uns eine Menge eigenen Luft und Zeit erspart hat. Zum Strand ging es zu Fuß,oder wie bei uns meistens mit dem Auto (wegen des Gepäcks). Der Strand ist einfach wunderschön in einer Bucht gelegen und dieses Strandstück nur zugänglich für Besucher der Ferienanlage. Es war einfach eine tolle, entspannte Zeit im Es MIRADOR. Desweiteren möchte ich noch auf die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer eingehen. Von dem ersten Kontakt an (Interesse am Haus und gefühlt 100 Fragen) bis kurz vor Reisebeginn (Absprachen und Informationen rund um die Coronaregeln) und nach Rückkehr nach Hause war und ist Herr Leidinger einfach ein sehr netter,kompetenter, transparenter und zuverlässiger Ansprechpartner. Pros: Wir waren schon häufiger in Santa Maria de Llorell. Das Es Mirador war aber das bisher beste Haus, das wir gemietet haben. Wir hatten eine schöne und entspannte Zeit in diesem tollen Haus. Es bietet ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, auch wenn man mit 10 Personen dort ist (wir waren 6 Erw. und 4 Kinder)

Pros: Es war ein traumhaftes Haus . Wir waren 7 Erwachsene Und ein Kind . Es war sehr viel Platz und es war alles geboten was man brauchte . Die Betreuung war sehr kompetent und sofort zur stelle . Wir konnten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub verbringen , da es Sehr ruhig war !! Es Mirador ist auf jeden fall weiter zu empfehlen . Vielen Dank

Pros: Wir haben als Familie mit kleinen Kindern (3 und 4 Jahre) eine Woche im Es Mirador verbracht. Es war einer der schönsten Familienurlaube die wir hatten! Das Haus hat eine tolle Aufteilung und eine sehr gute Ausstattung! Der zum Haus gehörende "Spielplatz" ist Klasse. Die Kids konnten spielen und wir genossen die "freie" Zeit auf der Terrasse. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!
