A beautiful, sunny vacation apartment located directly on the canal on the upper floor

Our "Meerzeit" vacation apartment, suitable for 4 people, features a light-filled living space and modern amenities. It has everything a vacationer could want.

The large kitchen, featuring a bay window, is equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a Senseo pad machine, a kettle, and even a tea set for a cozy cup of East Frisian tea. The dining table comfortably seats 6 people.

The living area, with its cozy corner sofa set and internet-enabled smart TV, invites you to spend cozy evenings on the couch. The selection of books, audiobooks, and games provides plenty of variety.

From the living area, you can step out onto the sunny, furnished south-facing balcony with a parasol, where 4 people can sit comfortably and enjoy the view of the canal.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The windows can be darkened with pleated blinds. On the second floor, in the converted loft, there is another room (without a door) featuring a cozy sleeper sofa and another internet-enabled smart TV.

The first floor is fully tiled and features comfortable underfloor heating. The attic is covered with laminate flooring and has a radiator.

The bathroom, which has a shower (low step), also houses the washing machine. A hair dryer is also provided.

All rooms are equipped with fly screens.

The apartment also includes access to a shared dock, which you’re welcome to use.

A dog (knee-high) is welcome upon request.

A travel crib and high chair are available free of charge.

A shed with an electrical outlet, for any electric bikes you might bring, is located directly in front of the house.

Wi-Fi (after registration) (“We do not guarantee unrestricted availability or sufficient speed”). The access codes are located inside the apartment.

This accommodations are available for rent during the Easter and fall breaks for stays of five nights or more, with no fixed check-in day.

The accommodations Dina am Siel, Dornröschen, Kommewieder, and Sielperle are located in the same building, should you need more space.

Centrally located yet quiet, on the edge of Greetsiel’s historic town center. From here, you can reach the idyllic harbor, the twin windmills, and the town center—with its historic house facades and picturesque 17th-century alleys—in just a few minutes. There, you’ll also find a wide selection of restaurants and shops that invite you to linger. The wellness center, the children’s playground, and the playhouse are also nearby.

You’re welcome to add a laundry package as an optional extra. This can be done during the booking process or at any time afterward for a fee.
