The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to its sunny location. For exclusive use are available: terrace and garden furniture.

Crikvenica. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a wall. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available on the street in front of the house.
