The kitchen is beautifully updated with butcher block countertops and top of the line stainless steel appliances, including a mounted microwave, stove and oven, full sized French door refrigerator, farm sink, and dishwasher. With abundant counter space and cabinets, meal prep is simple and enjoyable. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, a toaster, coffee maker, and more. If you prefer dining out, you are just minutes from a wide variety of local restaurants, and delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash make staying in just as easy.

Also on the first level is the first bathroom, which features a large shower and tub combination with built in shelving, a spacious vanity sink with a large mirror and great lighting, and a toilet.
