良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
The overall facilities at this property were excellent. The gym was especially impressive and one of the highlights of our stay.There were, however, a few details about the rooms that could have been better. One of our rooms had ants, and the other had a musty smell. The housekeeping staff was very friendly, but their walkie-talkies were often blaringly loud early in the morning. It was disruptive enough that it regularly woke us up.The room doors were also extremely heavy and made a loud banging and squeaking noise when opened and closed. As a result, anyone leaving the room early inevitably woke everyone else.I was also disappointed that the room description mentioned golf course views, but neither of our rooms had one.On a positive note, the front desk staff was wonderful and did a great job accommodating our request to have both rooms located close to each other.
