This beautiful 3-room vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the Bernsteinhaus on a low-traffic street in the seaside resort of Kölpinsee, a lovely neighborhood in the Mecklenburg-Western Pomeranian municipality of Loddin.
Just a 10-minute walk from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, you can enjoy that true vacation feeling every day. The apartment features two balconies facing east and south, so you can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun.
The apartment comes with a parking space. Bicycle parking is also available.
The initial supply of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be booked through the guest coordinator for a fee.
Pets are not allowed.



Bernstein Haus Apartment 3:

This 65-square-meter, modern 3-room vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building and features two balconies (facing east and south). Here you can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun.
The apartment features a spacious living-dining area with an open, fully equipped built-in kitchen that includes a kitchen island, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a toaster. The beautiful living area features a fireplace—perfect for cozy evenings, especially during the cold season—as well as a comfortable sofa area, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table.
One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds.
The bathroom, flooded with natural light, features a shower/toilet and a washing machine.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge during your stay.

Initial supplies: Toilet paper and a starter kit for the kitchen (dishwasher tabs, dish towel, detergent) are provided for you.

A linens package consists of bed linens and towels and can be booked in advance or directly with the guest coordinator.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
