After you’ve sampled the local food and drinks, many grown right here in this top-producing agricultural region, and shopped at our many independent boutiques, head out into Pure Michigan natural beauty at our gorgeous beaches, trails, and state parks. Rent a watercraft or take a dip in sparkling, immaculate Lake Michigan, then climb our mountainous sand dunes to shady wooded trails.

Want to get active outside? Douglas Beach Park is only a 20 minute walk away! State-known hiking and biking trails fill the area, and gorgeous state parks with majestic forested dunes line the shoreline. Fishing, boating, kayaking - you name it, we’ve got it! Other fun day activities include visiting one of the region’s many berry farms and orchards to pick your own delicious Michigan fruit, taking a thrilling dune ride, enjoying live music and theater, or touring one of many more charming towns dotting the Eastern shore of Lake Michigan.

Inside, you’ll find thoughtfully designed spaces perfect for gathering and unwinding. The spacious primary suite features a plush king bed and a spa-like bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and indulgent jacuzzi tub. Upstairs, the airy loft feels like a treehouse hideaway, offering a king bed and a trundle twin, ideal for couples or families looking for a little extra magic. Just off the kitchen, the third bedroom includes a queen bed and trundle bed, making it a fun and comfortable haven for kids and families alike.

The heart of the home is the open-concept living and dining area, where a sprawling couch invites everyone to relax together. Enjoy movie nights on the Samsung Frame TV, cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace, or gather around the long dining table with seating for eight; perfect for shared meals and late-night games and conversations. Mulberry Pines is mere steps from Downtown Douglas and a short drive from Saugatuck, Fennville, many beaches, and various wineries/breweries. Don't feel like driving? No problem there! The Saugatuck Township Interurban Transit Authority offers pick-ups and drop-offs for only $1 each way to anywhere in Saugatuck Township. Simply call in the moment or ahead and reserve a time and pick-up/drop-off location, and your chariot awaits!

Want to venture out into the rest of Michigan's Art Coast? Downtown South Haven and Holland are only a 20-minute drive away and offer a whole different vibe filled with other activities to explore!

We love a gathering of loved ones but there are to be no events on property. If you’re a group that likes to play loud music into the wee hours of the night, this is not the property for you. Neighborhood quiet hours between 10pm-7am are strictly enforced.
