After exploring the Oz Trails, return to your secluded woodland oasis to relax and enjoy quality time together in nature.

Ride-In/Ride-Out: Just open the garage door and drop right onto the Summit School Trail. It doesn`t get easier than that!

Pro-Level Setup: Heavy-duty bike stands, a great set of bike tools for quick tune-ups, and secure storage are all provided to keep bikes safe and trail-ready.

Designed so guests feel completely at ease the moment they walk through the doors, the estate sleeps up to 12 comfortably, with plenty of room for the whole group to spread out.

Two Cozy Living Areas: Having two separate living spaces is a game-changer for large groups. The adults can enjoy a quiet chat and a glass of wine upstairs, while the kids (or kids at heart) can hang out and watch a movie downstairs.

Gathering Kitchen & Dining: The fully stocked kitchen is ready for family favorite recipes, complete with everything needed to cook for a crowd and plenty of seating to share a meal together.

Game On: When the bikes are parked, the garage doubles as a fun hangout space with a full-size pool table—perfect for some friendly neighborhood competition.

Check-In: After 4:00 PM
Check-Out: By 11:00 AM
Please let us know if you need a late check-out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Pets are not allowed at any time on the property. No parties, events, or large gatherings. This home is best suited for small groups or families. No eating in the beds or bedrooms. Please be respectful of the neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Violation of any house rules will result in fines to the guest of $250, along with cost of any damages and/or extra cleaning costs.

Hot Tub The hot tub is located on the back porch and hot tub towels are in the hall closet. Please be sure to turn off the jets after use.
Important Safety Notes:
No glass in the hot tub area—use plastic cups for drinks.
Rinse off before entering the hot tub to keep the water clean.
No children in the hot tub without adult supervision.
