Sports harbour 800 m, sailing school, minigolf 12 km, cycle lane 10 m. Nearby attractions: Azur Park, Paint-ball 12 km, Bowling à Port-Grimaud 13 km, St-Tropez 17 km, Ste-Maxime 24 km. Hiking paths: Sentier du Fenouillet 3 km, Sentier du littoral 7 km, Toulon 60 km. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Cavalaire. Main road close by.
1-room studio 37 m2, on the ground floor. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. Spacious, partly renovated in 2021, comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen), air conditioning, fan and electric shutters. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Large terrace 40 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Side view of the sea and the garden. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: no parking. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

L'appartement est très bien situé, mais à notre arrivée le canapé lit était cassé, nous l'avons signalé à l'agence interhome de Cavalaire, mais aucune solution n'a été apportée. Nous avons été contraint de dormir sur le matelas posé sur le sol. Vous comprenez que nous ne recommandons pas cette location

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos 2 petits enfants ils on adoré aussi, l'appartement magnifique, spacieux, propre et agréable bien isolé, situé à moins de 50m de la plage . Les voisins très bien aussi d'une gentillesse remarquable. Nous pensons bien y retourner l'année prochaine. Je recommande cet appart il y a vraiment tout . Qualité prix excellent.

Appartement agréable mais...

Appartement agréable, cependant il manque un jet d’eau à l’extérieur pour se rincer les pieds après la plage. D’autre-part, les propriétaires logeant juste à coté sont antipathiques et ne faisaient que nous épier sur la terrasse, très agaçant, voire insupportable! C’est le gros point faible de cet appartement.
