FULL DESCRIPTION:
The approx. 53 m² holiday apartment on the raised ground floor in St. Englmar offers the perfect mix of relaxation, comfort, and an ideal location for active or restful holidays. In the separate bedroom, you will find a comfortable box-spring bed, bunk beds, and storage space, while an additional fold-away wall bed is available in the living and dining area.

Especially beautiful are the two balconies: on one, you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine in the morning, and on the other, the wonderful view over the Danube Valley.
The fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, fully automatic coffee machine, and everything you need for cooking makes your stay especially pleasant.

WiFi, Smart TV, and Netflix ensure relaxing evenings, while a bathtub, towel warmer, hairdryer, bed linen, towels, and high-quality hypoallergenic bedding provide additional comfort.
