The living and dining room, which includes a kitchenette, features a pull-out couch with a sleeping surface measuring 160 x 200 cm as an additional sleeping option, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to four people. There is a parking space right next to the house. The well-maintained complex includes a playground with its own play ship, a soccer goal, a ping-pong table, and a barbecue area that can be used by everyone.
Everything Usedom has to offer is within easy reach—either on foot, by bike, or by car. In addition to the castle, which hosts numerous rotating cultural events, the town features the Remise restaurant, the Landbäcker bakery with its own baking facility, and a small harbor.
