This cozy 2-room duplex apartment in Timmendorfer Strand is located on the first floor, measures 45 m², and is furnished to accommodate 3 adults and 1 toddler.
The vacation rental features two separate entrances on two different floors, providing a particularly high level of comfort and flexibility. This layout also makes it much easier to bring in luggage, as each floor is directly accessible.
Ideal for families or small groups traveling together who still value privacy and convenient check-in and check-out.

The living area features a sleeper sofa (140x200cm), cable TV, a DVD player, and a CD stereo system with an USB port.
The open-concept kitchen area features a microwave, a dishwasher, and an oven. You can enjoy your meals at the dining area.

From the living area, you can step out onto the covered balcony, which faces northwest. Here, you can spend relaxing hours.

The shower room is equipped with a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror.
From the hallway, you have access to a storage room.

A steep staircase (without a handrail) leads to the spacious bedroom with a double bed (2x90x200 cm), another TV, and a wardrobe with plenty of storage space.

A high chair and a travel crib are available for your use.
You can access the bike parking area from Am Elchgrund.

A parking space under the carport (relatively narrow) is reserved for you.

To really get that Baltic Sea vacation feeling, you’ll of course have either a terrace or a balcony at your disposal. Directly across the street is the idyllic spa park with its old trees, the lake, and the wooden bridges.

You can park your bicycles in the backyard, and a parking space is reserved for your car.

The fine-sand beach is just 250 meters away. The nearest bakery, shops, and the town center are even closer. Here you can take a leisurely stroll, enjoy a cup of coffee, or savor a meal at one of the long-established restaurants.

A trip to the Karls Adventure Village in Warnsdorf is a must for everyone. The construction trailer movie theater, treasure cave, and potato sack slide promise plenty of fun. You’re sure to learn interesting facts at the wood-fired bakery, jam kitchen, or candy factory.
