Step right out your back door to enjoy your own stretch of private beach, perfect for morning coffee, kayaking adventures, or a refreshing swim in the calm bay waters. Spend your days fishing off the pier, soaking up the sun, or exploring the shoreline.



This coastal getaway also includes access to resort-style amenities, including a sparkling community pool, fitness center, and club room—giving you the perfect balance of relaxation and activity.



Inside, you’ll find a bright, comfortable space designed for easy coastal living, featuring:



Spacious living area for gathering and relaxing

Fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals

Two inviting bedrooms: Master bedroom (King) with ensuite and private balcony and Guest bedroom (Queen) + Full size sleeper sofa in the living room

The Neighborhood:

Innerarity Townhomes is a community - you have access to a heated pool, private beach, club house & gym during your stay!



Other Things to Note:

1) Extended Stays: For stays longer than 28 days, additional fees for mid-stay cleanings are required. We change out linens every 3-4 weeks to keep the property in excellent condition for you.

2) Damage Protection: Your booking price includes a non-refundable property damage protection fee. This covers up to $3,000 in accidental damages, subject to exclusions. Any damage not covered by the policy or exceeding the coverage amount will be the responsibility of the guest.

3) Pre-Arrival Check-In: Prior to your arrival, the primary guest must complete our online pre-arrival form via Guesty. This allows us to gather necessary information and ensure you are familiar with our rental terms and conditions for a smooth check-in.



Interaction with Guests:

We respect your privacy and aim to provide a seamless, uninterrupted stay. However, we are available via the booking app or phone should you need any assistance during your visit.
