Bedroom three is located on the lower level, offering added privacy and flexibility. Fireplace in this room is non-useable by guests.

Heated In-Ground Pool & Cabana
Enjoy your own private heated (see info for heating pool in other notes section) in-ground pool, with a 5-foot depth that’s perfect for both relaxing swims and playful pool time. The pool is surrounded by a sidewalk, making it easy and safe to move around the area. The pool is bordered by a fence that complements the outdoor space while ensuring an extra level of safety.
Guests will have full, private access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, all three bathrooms, and all indoor living spaces. You’re also welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas, including the pool, cabana, hot tub, and surrounding seating areas.
The property offers ample parking for 3-5 vehicles. Please note that the detached garage is off-limits for guest use and will remain locked during your stay. All other areas shown in the listing are exclusively yours to enjoy.
Pool Availability & Heating Policy – Hickory Hideaway
The Hickory Hideaway pool is open weather permitting from the month of May through the month of September. Pool heating is available during the month of May only, upon request, and for an additional fee. When heating is requested, the pool will be heated to a maximum temperature of [87]°F.
The additional pool-heating fee ranges from $25 to $75 per day, depending on outdoor temperatures and the amount of time required for the pool to reach the set temperature. Please note that weather conditions may affect the pool’s ability to achieve or maintain the desired temperature. Pool heating must be requested in advance.
