We welcome you to the Residenz Ostseestrand apartment complex, located at Strandallee 137 in Scharbeutz.

The modern apartment at Residenz Ostseestrand is situated right on Strandallee in the heart of Scharbeutz. The center of Scharbeutz, with its many cafés, restaurants, and shopping options, begins right on your doorstep. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach is just a few meters from the building. You can pick up your morning rolls at the bakery just around the corner. Supermarkets such as Aldi, Penny, and Rewe are just a few minutes’ drive away. Behind the Residenz Ostseestrand building lies the clean and well-maintained Scharbeutz Spa Park, which is perfect for a stroll.

The 46 m² 3-room vacation apartment is equipped for 4 people and is located on the 4th floor with a covered, south/west-facing balcony overlooking the spa park. An elevator is available in the building. The apartment features a living room with a sofa set, flat-screen TV, CD radio, and a dining area, as well as a fully equipped, open-concept kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The master bedroom in this Scharbeutz vacation rental features a double bed (180x200 cm); the second bedroom is located on the second level (loft) and features another double bed (160x200 cm). The bathroom is equipped with a modern, walk-in shower and a toilet.

The furnished balcony, facing south/west with a magnificent view of the Scharbeutz spa park, rounds out this beautiful vacation home.

There is a bicycle storage room in the building.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all rooms.

A parking space next to the building and a bicycle storage room are available to guests free of charge.
An electric vehicle charging station is available on the property. Use of the charging station can be booked as an optional service for a flat rate of €40.00 per stay. (subject to availability)
Alternatively, flexible charging via QR code is available directly at the charging station (payment by credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). Billing is automatic, and the invoice is sent by email.
The current rate is €0.60 per kWh (as of April 2026)

Additionally, in the basement, you’ll find a fitness room with three different professional exercise machines. For guests of all ages, there is a sports and games room with a high-quality table tennis table and foosball table, as well as a wide variety of age-appropriate toys.

A fee of €6.00 per day (regardless of the number of people) is charged for use of the swimming pool and the fitness room. The swimming pool and fitness room are open daily from 07:00-20:00.



This family-friendly vacation home features an elevator and is just a stone’s throw away from the fine-sand, expansive beach
. Only the Dünenmeile, with its cozy restaurants, cafés, and—not to be forgotten—its great boutiques, separates the complex from the magnificent beach.

You’ll also find a fitness room with cardio equipment in the basement. For our younger guests, there is a sports and games room with a ping-pong table, foosball table, and dartboard.
A fee of €6.00 per day is charged for use of the swimming pool and fitness room. The swimming pool is open daily from 07:00-20:00.
There are also bicycle parking spaces here, as well as a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. The parking spaces are located behind the building; access is via Muschelstieg, which is controlled by a gate. You can charge your electric vehicle in the guest parking lot at a 22 kW Type 2 charging station using electricity from renewable energy sources (for a fee).
