Stunning home in Malling with sauna

Beautiful, family-friendly vacation home with sauna, whirlpool and private garden, just a few steps from the sandy beach of the Danish Baltic Sea coast.



The house has a cozy and very bright living room with foosball, wood stove, sofa group and dining area, which is in open connection with the modern equipped kitchen. In the nice bedrooms, in the open loft and in the annex you will find several cozy sleeping places. In the house you will also find a whirlpool and a sauna for wellness and warmth on cooler days. In just 1 minute walk you can reach the bathing beach, which has a bathing jetty and is awarded with the blue flag.



In the surrounding area there are many cozy farm stores where you can buy local products for a cozy barbecue dinner. There is also a good selection of restaurants within a few kilometers, including in charming Norsminde on the waterfront. A short distance away there are also indoor swimming pools and the possibility to play, for example, padel tennis.



Fløjstrup forest is only about two kilometers from the house, where you will find, among other things, a 25 km mountain bike route called "Marselisborg Sporet", which leads through the forest along the water to the city of Aarhus. Only 100 meters from the house a bus goes directly to the city center of Aarhus or you can take the Malling light rail. Aarhus offers many cultural experiences, including the ARoS art museum, the family-friendly open-air museum "Den gamle by" ("The Old Town"), Tivoli Friheden, the cozy café district by the river and a variety of shopping opportunities. If you want to take a trip, you can take the ferry to the islands of Tunø and Samsø or drive to Mols Bjerge National Park, Djurs Sommerland adventure park or Legoland.
