Smart Resorts – House Topas – Holiday Apartment 304 with 2 Bedrooms

Built in 2021, this three-bedroom holiday apartment covers an area of 93 m² and is luxuriously appointed. It is located in Pattere, has its own entrance, and offers the following amenities:

- Two bedrooms with double beds and flat-screen TVs.
- A modern bathroom with a rain shower and a hairdryer.
- A further bathroom with a toilet and washbasin.
- A fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, a four-ring ceramic hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine including capsules for the day of arrival, a kettle with a fine selection of teas, and a toaster.
- The kitchen features a spacious dining table, along with a flat-screen TV and a sofa bed.
- Free Wi-Fi is available.
- Access is via a code system, so there is no need to hand over keys.

The flat can accommodate up to 6 people, with two double beds and a sofa bed.

On request, we are happy to provide a cot and a high chair. Please do let us know!

You also have access to a small lawn where you can relax in the summer.

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Sie ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Die Lage war für uns ideal, nah an der Natur, nah an der City. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war immer nett und Reaktionen erfolgten sehr schnell. Als wir Probleme mit einer Heizung hatten, stand zeitnah die Lösung in Form eines Handwerkers vor der Tür. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Sehr hübsches Apartment direkt im Zentrum von Winterberg. Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar, ein Rewe um die Ecke und ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten ebenso. Gerne wieder!
