1 House in front of the sea, with direct views to the beach. With garden, community pool and powerful Wi-Fi. Ideal for vacations or teleworking.

Beautiful villa with direct sea views, located just 80 meters from your garden terrace. Walking to the beach, just a few minutes. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living-dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The hall has, if necessary, a double sofa bed. Perfect for families and couples. It has air conditioning, heating, fans, high speed WI-FI, Smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, etc, etc ....

The terrace has sun all day and you can enjoy its furniture, hammocks, awnings, lawn, garden area and barbecue area.

Free parking, communal pool, open all year round and with low influx of people, allowing you to enjoy it without problem. In summer, we have a second swimming pool and another children's pool, we also have a playground and fitness area for adults. The beach is sandy with bar, lifeguards, shower and toilets. Qualified with the Q of quality by the European Union.

On clear days you can see the coast of Africa, Gibraltar and Sierra Nevada. It is not uncommon at sunrise or sunset to see dolphins.

Ein ganz netter und freundlicher Besitzer hat uns bei Ankunft aufgenommen und im ganzen Aufenthalt war er erreichbar. Sehr gemütliches Bett und mit allem ausgestattet was ein Zimmer und Bad braucht. Makellos sauber und neu. Minuten Spaziergang bis zum Strand und Chiringuito. War einfach nur schön!!!!

Pros: Ni una sola crítica ni sobre el trato recibido ni sobre el estudio. El propietario nos dio amplia información de la zona y cada vez que quisimos ponernos en contacto con él no tuvimos ningún problema desde el primer momento el trato ha sido muy amable y servicial. El estudio limpio y exactamente igual como indicaban las fotos que es de agradecer pues no te llevas sorpresas de que es lo que te vas a encontrar. Las camas cómodas incluido el sofá cama donde durmió mi hija y la cocina con todos los electrodomésticos en funcionamiento. Y la terraza con vista al mar y una mesita con sus sillas para pasar las noches de charleta sin despertar a nuestra hija. Aunque por el tiempo no hemos podido disfrutar de la piscina es digna de mención por sus toboganes que ya probaremos en la próxima vuelta. Sin lugar a dudas es un lugar donde repetir y al que se puede ir con la seguridad de recibir un buen trato.

Pros: El complejo era bastante más de lo esperado. La relación calidad precio muy buena y el apartamento destacaba por su limpieza y unas vistas inmejorables. No pudimos utilizar la piscina por falta de tiempo pero las instalaciones por encima de lo que aparecen en las fotos. El interior como decía muy limpio y tanto menaje como toallas y sabánas de buena calidad. El propietario muy atento, nos dió cuanto información necesitabamos sobre la zona. En conjunto un lugar que volveremos a visitar porque se han quedado muchas cosas por ver. Muy recomendable y de toda confianza.
