We enjoyed our stay

We stayed at The Summit in Arcadia hills for 3 nights and we enjoyed our stay. We were 3 families with kids. Place was clean and hosts were responsive to our communications. Check in was very well organized and had no issues. Place was very quiet. Had an outdoor fire pit and we enjoyed it. We also tried the outdoor sauna and it was well maintained. We would definitely go back and recommend others to try it out.

The property and community was beautiful!The biggest challenge was that the listing did not have the number of beds listed accurately or the correct check-in time. Even though we had inquired before we booked to confirm the number and type of beds that were available, they had an extra twin bed listed in one of the bedrooms that was not there when we arrived. While communication with the host and property managers was mostly prompt, it was a frustrating start to our trip to arrive and find that we had to change sleeping arrangements.Note: the house would currently only sleep 12 people, not 14 as is listed. I hope in the future the host and property managers are able to be more knowledgeable about this property, as it really is a gem.
