Three bathrooms make getting ready a breeze, each featuring a walk-in shower. There is also a half bathroom on the main level with a full size stacked washer & dryer. Featuring an enchanting layout and phenomenal furnishings, this home invites you to relax and unwind. Incredible views of the lake and mountains from the deck and through the massive windows! You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

Our group had 10 adults and 2 babies and this property was perfect. Unbelievable views and great proximity to town. Very clean and great sized rooms.

It was a beautiful home and perfect for our family. Great location with amazing views of Shadow Mountain Lake and the Rocky Mountains! The furniture and decor was very thoughtful done and made our stay very comfortable.

Gorgeous property with beautiful views. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. This property worked well for our family visit to Grand Lake. Easy access to the Black Bear Inn for live music as well. Thank you for hosting our family

Property was wonderful. Everything was clean, beautiful views, we could walk to town. The deck with views of the lake was a treat. The house seems new so the kitchen seems to still be getting stocked - but it has many of the basics. You won’t regret your stay here.

This mountain home exceeded expectations! Excellent setup for multiple families, ranging from children to seniors. The bottom room has a separate entrance through the garage and feels like its own apartment. The master is on the main floor and perfect for seniors. Upstairs had 2 rooms perfect for my family of 4 (2 kids under 10). Indoor and patio views of Shadow Mountain Reservoir made it feel like glamping. Host was friendly and available throughout the stay and property was clean with comfortable beds in all rooms. There is a restaurant at the main lodge with live music that was perfect for an evening out and is also a 2 minute drive straight into Grand Lake, or walkable for those who are active. I am a bougie traveler and have no complaints, highly recommend!

This place is absolutely incredible! Like one of the coolest and nicest cabins I have ever seen. The deck is so cool. All four bedrooms are spacious and have doors for privacy (even the loft ones). The downstairs suite (accessed through the garage) is gigantic and protects from noise. The kitchen has every gadget you can imagine. Just FYI, we were only their second group that they hosted— so the communication was confusing. It is hosted by the Gateway Inn, but we didn’t know that at first.. Our stay was not affected except for a little stress getting the check-in instructions. Once we were able to communicate with them, they were lovely and worked to make it right. Overall, this place is amazing and made our stay in Grand Lake a great one!
