Guest Access:
Guests have access to UAVI’s shared amenities, including swimming pools, a gym, and an on-site restaurant. The community features controlled access and a master-planned layout designed to ensure privacy, tranquility, and harmony with the surrounding landscape.
The Neighborhood:
UAVI is a beachfront residential community known for its spacious design and natural surroundings. Within the development you’ll find the Higuera Golf Course, set amid lush vegetation and open views. Nearby, Cerro del Mono offers scenic hiking trails with panoramic views of the bay.
The town of Punta de Mita is just a short drive away, featuring local restaurants, bakeries, boutiques, and an activities and tours office. Well-known dining spots such as Codex or Mesquite at the Conrad Hotel can also be reached with a short walk along the beach.
Getting Around:
Getting around is easy by car, taxi, or Uber. Punta de Mita town is approximately 10–15 minutes away by car. Higuera Golf Course is about 5 minutes by car or a 15-minute walk, while Cerro del Mono is roughly a 16-minute drive.

Rules within the complex where the property is located UAVI is a smoke-free development, so smoking is prohibited in all common areas. Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., and loud noises should be avoided in apartments, on terraces, or in common areas. The use of speakers or sound systems on terraces or in common areas is not permitted. Pets are not allowed for guests. Guests are asked to respect the apartment’s maximum occupancy, keep common areas clean, and follow the condominium’s management and security guidelines.
