There is 1 step going down, 5 steps going up, 1 step going down, then 8 steps going down before reaching the entrance door.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Features a comfortable king bed, a closet for storage, and a nightstand.
Bedroom 2: Includes 2 double beds, a bedside lamp, and a nightstand for convenience.
Bedroom 3: Offers 1 queen bed, a bedside lamp, and a nightstand.
Living Room:
A comfortable space to relax and unwind during your stay.
Dining Area:
Dining table with 4 chairs, and 2 bar stools—ideal for casual meals or planning your day in Vancouver.
Bathrooms:
Two full bathrooms, each equipped with a standing shower.

This property is located in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood. You'll have a private entrance, and the space is entirely yours to enjoy throughout your stay.
Please note that there are other residents living upstairs, so we kindly ask that you be respectful and considerate during your visit.
This home is a self-catering rental with a newly renovated interior featuring modern finishes designed for your comfort.
For your convenience, we provide:
Hygiene essentials: body soap, shampoo, cleaning products, and more.
Household basics: cooking essentials, toaster, coffee maker, free coffee, and other kitchen necessities.
We strive to make your stay comfortable and hassle-free, so you can focus on enjoying your time here.
We do have 1 spot for parking in the Back Alley but if you bring more than 1 vehicle, we have free ample street parking available.
Important Parking Notice:
According to Vancouver’s Street & Traffic Bylaw No. 2849, Section 20.1(b), large vehicles such as trucks over 5,500 kg or longer than 6.4 meters are not allowed to park on residential streets for extended periods. Parking is generally limited to about 3 hours, and overnight parking may be prohibited. Please plan accordingly to avoid tickets.

Smoking Policy:
Smoking is not allowed on the property. A penalty fee of $1,000 will be charged for any smoking violations.

Account Verification
Guests must complete ID verification through the booking platform prior to check-in, as required by the platform’s policies.
Check-In & Check-Out
Please follow the stated check-in and check-out times. Early check-in or late check-out must be requested 1–2 days in advance and is subject to availability. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in a $200/hour fee.
Parking
Park only in the designated areas listed in the check-in instructions.
Shoes Indoors (Carpeted Areas)
To help protect and maintain the cleanliness of our carpeted areas, shoes and slippers are not allowed inside the house. We kindly ask that you remove them upon entry.
Toilet Use
Flush only human waste and toilet paper. All other items must be disposed of in the bins provided to prevent plumbing issues.
Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Changes must be reported in advance. Extra guests are charged $50 per person per night.
No unauthorized Parties or Events
Unauthorized parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.
Illegal Activities
Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
Security & Safety Devices
Tampering with smoke detectors, security devices, Wi-Fi equipment, or other safety systems is strictly prohibited and may result in penalties or immediate termination of your stay.
Lost Keys / Lockout
Lost keys or guest lockouts may result in a replacement or service fee.
Recycling & Garbage
Please follow proper recycling and waste-sorting guidelines. Any city fines due to improper sorting will be charged to the guest (up to $300). Excessive garbage may result in additional disposal fees of up to $300.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors.
No Smoking
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property and near entrances or windows. This includes cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, vaping, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and similar devices. A $1,000 fine applies for violations.
