This place is disgusting can’t believe this place is on here this is horrible I have many pictures holes in the wall couldn’t even lay in the bed

Thank you for your feedback. We take cleanliness and guest satisfaction very seriously and carefully reviewed the concerns you raised. After reviewing the photos provided, the images appear to show a few minor chipped or cracked floor tiles and a photo of the bed while it was being used during your stay. While we understand these issues may not have met your expectations, the photos do not appear to demonstrate that the property was unclean upon arrival. The home was professionally cleaned and inspected prior to check-in, and we did not receive any notification regarding cleanliness concerns during your stay that would have allowed us the opportunity to address them immediately. Had we been made aware of any housekeeping issues, we would have gladly worked to resolve them. We appreciate all guest feedback and will continue to monitor the condition of the property, including routine maintenance items such as floor tiles. However, based on the information provided, we do not believe the photos substantiate the claim that the property was dirty. Thank you again for your stay, and we wish you the best in your future travels.

He was nice enough to let us check in early. Master bedroom, bed unmade. Someone had been sleeping in it. So had to wash bedding. Shower across from the master bedroom. Glass missing. I went to turn on the shower, handle fell off. The person stayed there last time and took pictures and STILL hadn’t got fixed. I hate to give a bad review but I had no choice. Two of the TV’s wouldn’t work. Not enough towels, washcloths. I feel if he really wanted to make things right who would had taken care of all of it. Oh and dirty socks were left in the master bedroom.
