Excellent property and location

Everything was just as advertised. Florian was a super host. Very clean and well equipped flat on a quiet street but still only steps to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Family friendly apartment

Great location with all essentiall amenities. The internet was fast enough to stream shows on multiple devices, the furniture is comfortable and having a working washer and dryer was very helpful. There is plenty of food options within walking distance most notably the fassla brewery which is a only a short walk out of your front door. We would recommend this space for any family, we would stay here again.

A wonderful 2 bedroom apartment suitable for 2 couples or a family. Spotlessly clean and well equipped in kitchen and bathrooms. Having the extra separate toilet is a bonus. Parking was off street at the apartment. Washing machine and dryer were efficient and easy to use. Communication and check-in were very good with the host replying via Stayz app very promptly. The location was amazing. Supermarket and lovely restaurant a 2 min walk and the old town centre reached in 10-15 mins walk. Having this accommodation made our stay in beautiful Bamberg extremely enjoyable. I fully recommend it.

Die Wohnung ist zentrumsnah und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Bzgl. Ausstattung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Schöner, renovierter Altbau mit Charme und alles picobello. Der Gastgeber ist angenehm freundlich und wohnt in der Nähe. Unser Aufenthalt ging nur über 3 Nächte, aber wir würden jederzeit auch länger buchen.

Schöne große Wohnung mit komplett eingerichteter Küche. Sehr gut ist auch das Gäste-WC und der Parkplatz am Haus. Das Zentrum ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen.

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft in Bamberg.Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und gleichzeitig zentral – alles Wichtige ist schnell erreichbar. Sie war zudem sehr sauber und gepflegt, sodass wir uns direkt wohlgefühlt haben.Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ausgezeichnete Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter: schnell, freundlich und völlig unkompliziert. Auch der gesamte Ablauf unseres Wochenendaufenthalts lief reibungslos.Ein großes Plus ist außerdem der unkomplizierte Stellplatz: Gerade in der Innenstadt von Bamberg ist das Parken oft schwierig, aber hier hatten wir eine sichere und komfortable Abstellmöglichkeit für unser Auto – wirklich ein großer Vorteil.Wir waren zu dritt dort und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen – jederzeit gerne wieder.

Unser Gastgeber war sehr gut erreichbar. Er hat auf Anfragen schnell reagiert. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super zentral. Wir haben die Bamberg Card genutzt und konnten damit mit vielen Busse fahren, haben eine informative Stadtführung gemacht und das Naturhistorische Museum besucht.

Es war alles super. Sauber, schön, geräumig, haben noch Tipps für gutes Essen vom Gastgeber erhalten. Absolut zu empfehlen. Waren im Winter da. Die Bodenheizung war sehr erfreulich. Dass es 2 Toiletten gibt war auch super. Die Schlafzimmer waren scheinbar nicht mitbeheizt, aber wenn man die Türen vorm Schlafengehen offen hatte, war das kein Problem. Für lichtempfindliche Personen ist eventuell eine Schlafmaske empfehlenswert, da es morgens heller sein kann. Alles in allem eine absolute Empfehlung.

Ferienwohnung ist super, alles vorhanden, was man braucht, viele interssante Bücher...... Duschtür ist sehr schwergängig, Haus ist hellhörig aber abends ruhig, Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoß, es führt direkt ein Fuß-- und Fahrradweg vorbei, Lage ist ansonsten hervorragend, alles sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen
