Secluded Eco Dome in Dark Sky Ordinance Territory, Texas

Three lucky guests can be accommodated in this unique eco dome rental in the Dark Sky Ordinance Territory of Texas. Inside, there is one large double bed and the pallet sofa sleeps an additional guest quite comfortably. It's made of adobe to keep guests sheltered from heat, cold, wind, and rain, and it also has a small propane heater. Linens and a duvet are provided for the double bed but guests should bring their linens and pillow for the pallet sofa. Outside, there is a composting toilet in a separate outhouse.



The entire dome is solar powered. The kitchen has a propane stove and oven, as well as a refrigerator. The sink pumps rainwater that is collected and thus should be used modestly. The water from the sink is not potable. Conveniently, Wi-Fi is provided throughout the luxury dome.



At night the stars are crystal clear, and in the morning the sunrises are completely unobstructed. Couples or solo travelers will enjoy complete seclusion, but they are also conveniently located near Big Bend National Park and more.



Glampers will find the rental equipped with everything necessary to relax in style. Guests may choose to take a solar bag shower in the great outdoors at this glamping site, but if they prefer a conventional shower there are multiple coin shower options within a 25-minute drive.



A two-burner stove/oven with propane is also provided for cooking up some tasty snacks to be enjoyed under the incredible starry sky. Glamping in Texas and good times await!
