On the first floor of the Dünenresidenz in Bansin, right on the promenade, a comfortable and stylish vacation home awaits you, featuring a beautiful, south-facing terrace sheltered from the wind. With its 40 square meters of space, this one-room apartment accommodates two people, a toddler (up to three years old in a travel crib), and your beloved four-legged friend. Here, even your cherished pet can truly relax. The spacious, open-concept living-sleeping area with granite flooring is decorated in light and warm shades of red and white. A comfortable leather sofa set invites you to relax, and the flat-screen TV provides entertainment. The double box-spring bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) is a pleasure not just for sleeping. When hunger strikes, you’ll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals in the kitchen—which is fully equipped with appliances and dishes and also opens onto the living room. The bathroom features a shower. To ensure your stay is completely stress-free, the beds are made and towels are provided. This apartment includes a parking space in front of the building, number 61. From April through June and September through November, you also have free access to the wellness area at the Kaiser Spa Hotel Zur Post, located just 200 meters away.
