With three bathrooms that include refreshing showers, guests can easily get ready for the day or clean up after a beautiful day on the water. The townhome offers both heating and AC, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere no matter the season. Relax in the soothing environment and take in the beautiful design throughout the home. We’ll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

We rented this property this last weekend to go fishing and just sit around and have a good time with friends. The property first off is no more than three minutes from the harbor where you launch your boat once you clear the no wake zone. What was perfect, is a boat slip where you can secure your boat in the backyard of the rental property. The property was really nice, a three story narrow house or condo, but perfect for what we needed. It was very clean, exactly what you see advertised on VRBO. The accommodations, the furnishings, were very nice and very comfortable, I recommend anyone that wants a long weekend in the Matagorda area to highly consider this property.

My family and I have been fishing in Matagorda for over 15 years. In 2022 we bought this beautiful townhome on the water and love the convenience of parking our boat right at our door steps. My husband and I both work so are unable to make it down much to the area. So we decided to share this gem with other fisherman and also families that love a nice place to stay with a water front feel. We hope you enjoy your experience here. For the past 3 years the home was offered through Full Stringer Rentals. As of January 1, 2026 my husband and I have decided to exclusively offer and manage the property ourselves.

Love the quick access to both bay systems and off shore. Love sitting down on the dock enjoying watching the boats and barges on the intercostal water way.

This is a very well built townhome, with upscale trim. Most of the townhomes in this neighborhood only offer 2 full bathrooms, while we offer 3. This helps so much when the house is full.
