My family and I have been fishing in Matagorda for over 15 years. In 2022 we bought this beautiful townhome on the water and love the convenience of parking our boat right at our door steps. My husband and I both work so are unable to make it down much to the area. So we decided to share this gem with other fisherman and also families that love a nice place to stay with a water front feel. We hope you enjoy your experience here. For the past 3 years the home was offered through Full Stringer Rentals. As of January 1, 2026 my husband and I have decided to exclusively offer and manage the property ourselves.

Love the quick access to both bay systems and off shore. Love sitting down on the dock enjoying watching the boats and barges on the intercostal water way.

This is a very well built townhome, with upscale trim. Most of the townhomes in this neighborhood only offer 2 full bathrooms, while we offer 3. This helps so much when the house is full.
