This spacious 1-bedroom, 2-bath penthouse condo has been fully remodeled with calming beach tones and high-end finishes throughout.
Designed for comfort and style, the open living space flows seamlessly onto two private lanais, where you’ll enjoy sweeping ocean views stretching across Lanai and Kahoolawe.
Spacious bedroom and living areas. Perfect for a romantic getaway, but spacious enough for two couples or a couple traveling with kids.
Designer kitchen with full size fridge, dishwasher, range and microwave. Fully equipped so you can enjoy cooking with a view.

Short Term Rental Agreement
This Short Term Rental Agreement is for property located at 475 Front Street #707Lahaina, HI 96761 The property is fully furnished and includes kitchen appliances, linens, towels, kitchenware etc. A starter kit of paper goods, dish soap, body wash & coffee filters are provided at check in. There is no daily replenishment, however if you have purchased a mid-stay clean, paper-goods will be replaced at that time.
• Rental Party: Shall consist of Airbnb, VRBO guests or those booking directly with the owner.
• The maximum number of guests is limited to 4 persons.
• The VRBO, Airbnb or direct rental agreement terms include:
• duration of the lease,
• the total amount of the per night rate, cleaning, Hawaii State tax and booking engine guest fee.
• Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair, cleaning or inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner. We do repairs and deliveries between guests as much as possible. Items such as quarterly pest control or appliance deliveries are at times out of our control.
• High speed WIFI is included at no additional charge. Router LSBR707/ password Guest707
• Linens, bath and beach towels are included and belong to the unit; daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
• Keep the property and all furnishings in good order, use appliances for their intended uses & keep clean as you would at home
• The Cleaning fee you have paid will provide for four hours of normal cleaning. We ask guests to leave the property in the same general condition that they received it by making sure dishes are done, garbage is discarded & towels are hung up so they don’t get musty. The condo should be ready to be vacuumed, dusted and sanitized. If additional cleaning (over the standard 4 hours) is required, appropriate charges will be deducted from your security deposit at a rate of $85 per hour.
If the condo appears dirty, damaged or in any way displeasing upon Check-in, Guests shall inform manager immediately. If there is a problem, we can take care of – please let us know. We want you to have an amazing stay!
• If you would like a mid-stay linen change or cleaning, please consult the manager for rates and to arrange for service.
• Garbage is to be secured by Guest in plastic bags and placed in dumpsters located at the south end of the parking lot. Please be sure to breakdown cardboard boxes. You may also leave sorted recyclables there as well.
• A damage deposit or damage waiver is collected via Airbnb/VRBO. Guest agrees to pay Homeowner for any damages to the premises and property, including but not limited to, furnishings and household items, which occur as a result of the Guest’s occupancy. This also includes lost or stolen items and damage from tanning & suntan products. Damages do not include normal wear and use. Deposit will be held a maximum 7 days after check-out. Housekeeping has taken inventory before your stay and will inventory upon check-out to ensure accuracy. We know an occasional glass will break, and is not cause for holding any security deposit. We ask that you report any damage or loss so that we can replace items before the next guest. Mahalo for helping us keep the place nice.
• Cancellation Policy: Please see your cancellation policy on Airbnb & VRBO.
• We do our best to re-rent the unit and will gladly refund as much of your reservation that we have collected from another renter. There is a $100 transaction fee for remarketing, rebooking, accounting etc. if we should re-rent the unit and offer you a refund.
• Your security deposit and cleaning fees will always be returned.
• Check-In and Check-Out. Front desk staff will issue keys, parking passes etc. A credit card is required for parking. Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is before 10:00. Housekeepers will show up at 10:00 am to get the unit ready for the incoming guest. Please be considerate to housekeepers who often have multiple units to turnover for same day check-ins. Delayed checkout without approval will result in a charge of $85 per hour.
• Smoking is NOT allowed in the unit, lanai, parking lot or in other common areas. Smoking on premises will result in a $500 penalty and cleaning fee. There are no smoking areas on the property and Hawaii State law makes smoking illegal in most public spaces.
• People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the unit.
• Guest agrees and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the House Rules at all times while at the property and is the sole responsibility of Guest.
• If the Guest violates any conditions of this agreement or the House/ Rules the Homeowner may terminate this agreement and enter the premises. Monies paid by Guest will be forfeited by Guest as liquidated damages. Homeowner shall not be responsible for accident or injuries occurring to the Guest or the guests of the Guest.
• The pool area is for exclusive use of occupants and Guests. Pool and spa hours are 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. Guest will use the pool and spa at their own risk and follow the posted rules.
• All units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
• Animals/pets are NOT allowed except service dogs as defined in Chapter 515, Hawai’i Revised Statues. If you are bringing a service dog you must show proof upon check in and there will be an additional $200 security deposit.
• Parking passes will be issued by the front desk upon arrival. Rate per day is currently $15.00 + tax payable to the Association through the front desk. Guests must display parking pass on left driver’s side window. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at the Guests expense. There is a 15-minute loading/unloading zone (red curb) in the driveway. Under no circumstances will there be double parking as to block driveway and the fire lane.
• Occupancy of the premises shall be sufficiently quiet and peaceful so as not to disturb other residents and their Guests in the complex. Guests shall maintain quiet hours between 10pm & 9 am.
• Bicycles & mopeds may be stored at the south end of the building and should be securely locked in rack area. Parking is at Guests own risk.
• Please do not throw objects from the lanai, such as food, shaking of rugs etc.
• A washer/dryer is located in the unit but there are laundry facilities located on the 2nd through 6th floors as well for a fee. Rooms are open 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Laundry pods are provided for you to use.
• No refunds will be given for storms, noise, or interruptions (such as emergency water shut off) as it is out of the Homeowners control. Bugs & geckos are a part of Hawaiian life. We spray the entire building regularly and keep our place spotless, but they can get in if screen doors are left open, or are brought in from Costco or other grocery stores on bags and boxes. Roaches are addicted to the glue in these products so we suggest you discard all boxes and bags once you’ve unloaded. If there are bugs and they’re bugging you– let us know and we’ll call to have the room treated. We want you to have an amazing stay, but cannot help if you don’t let us know. The aforementioned items are not cause for cancellation.
• Association management has the authority to enforce the House Rules.
By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
