This three-bedroom Venice home is a private monthly retreat on Rose Ave, just blocks from the beach. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. The open layout features high ceilings, a well-equipped kitchen, dining for six, and large windows that connect to a landscaped backyard with outdoor dining and seating. Fenced entry and a peaceful residential setting make this an ideal home base for stays of one to three months.
This three-bedroom home sits on a quiet stretch of Rose Ave in Venice Beach, offering a rare combination of space, privacy, and walkability for monthly stays.
From the street, a fenced entry leads through a landscaped front yard and walkway to the front door. There is a small seating area at the entrance, and through a large front window you can see straight through the home to the backyard, giving an immediate sense of light and openness.
Inside, the home is well designed with high ceilings throughout and a layout that makes excellent use of every room. To the left of the entry is the open living and kitchen area. The living room flows into a fully equipped kitchen with a center island, modern appliances, and a dining table that seats six. The kitchen windows open directly to the backyard, creating a true indoor outdoor living space that is easy to cook, host, and relax in.
Behind the kitchen is a small home office, along with a washer and dryer, thoughtfully tucked into the layout without feeling squeezed.
To the right of the entry are the three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, and the remaining two bedrooms offer a queen and a full bed. All three rooms are private and well separated from the common living areas.
Stepping outside, the backyard includes a dining table that seats six, a comfortable seating area, and a small grass yard with room for lawn games. The outdoor space is private, well-maintained, and easy to enjoy throughout the day.

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.
- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.
