It is located in the rural hinterland of Makarska, on a large, fully fenced property in a small village called Grubine. Everything you need for a pleasant holiday (supermarket, coffee bar, restaurant, wineries) is 200 meters away. The house is 15 minutes drive from Imotski town center with the famous Blue and Red Lakes.

The house is very stylish and modernly furnished, fully equipped with everything a modern guest needs for a very comfortable stay. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen with living room, bathroom and an activity room. The internal staircase leads to the first floor where there are three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom.

Large outdoor terrace is where you will spend most of the time relaxing on sun loungers or sunbathing in a 32 m2 pool with freshwater which is a cool refreshment on a warm summer days. Right next to it a beautiful fireplace with dining area that is perfect for barbecuing, a tennis table and a lounge corner, all exclusively for you. On the south side of the property you will find the children's playground with soccer goals and a badminton net.

We recommend a visit to the town of Imotski and a tour of the two nearby geological phenomena: Blue Lake and Red Lake. Blue Lake has a beautiful boardwalk that runs along the steep shore to the lake itself. Red Lake, with a depth of 287 meters, is the deepest lake in Europe. Of course, you won't miss swimming on one of the beautiful pebble beaches of the Makarska Riviera.
