The studio is located in a house built in 1985, was renovated in 2020, and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area, on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to its quiet location. Available for use: lawn for sunbathing, parasol, sun lounger, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard. Oven.
