Just 350 meters from Rhododendron Park and 600 meters from the beach, this cozy and modernly furnished 3-room attic apartment offers approximately 59 m² of living space and a sunny west-facing balcony. This very bright, family-friendly apartment with a fireplace can accommodate up to 4 people. Two separate bedrooms and a 130x200 cm sofa bed provide space for 4 people. Conveniently located within the building is a shared bicycle storage room that offers space for bicycles and similar items. However, you’re also welcome to use the two bicycles provided for 10.00 per bike for the duration of your stay. A free underground parking space (No. 17) is available to you. A washing machine is available here free of charge, as is Wi-Fi.

We’d be happy to provide bed linens or towels for you. Please feel free to book these along with your stay.
