Els Poblets

This is a beautiful villa, surrounded by a lovely garden and very inviting pool. We only stayed for a week, but wish it had been longer. The booking of the villa was so easy right through to the caretaker and the transfer company. Amazing experience. The villa will not disappoint. Just beautiful, Gaynor

Inside Property: Excellent, most gas/electric items were new, living room + bedrooms excellent. Outside Property: Grandaughter loved the pool and cleaned/reviewed 4 times in the 2 weeks of our stay. Sunbeds and outside seating were all excellent. Local Restaurants/Pubs all good. Surprisingly close to the Beach.

VERY DEEP POOL

Pool is over 6 foot deep everywhere, unless on steps there is nowhere to stand up.I was charged 235 euros up front for a 9 day stay for towels sheets and cleaning these were not changed during our stayVilla is quite tired and needs renovation. Didn’t use bbq area as table looked fit for the bin and bbq itself was also very tiredBeds although clean are not very comfortable

The pool is only suitable for swimmers! The price for bed-linen/towels includes 1 set for each person. Its possible to ask for more linen/towels for 20 €/person.

La casa cucaracha...Der Pool war schön, Martina (die Hausdame) war sehr freundlich und hat versucht zu helfen, wo es geht.Das Haus ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, Möbel und Einrichtung sehr alt, viele Dinge waren kaputt (Toilette, Türen, Geschirrspüler...)Aber das Highlight waren die Kakerlaken. In knapp 5 Wochen hatten wir etwa 80 ausgewachsene, amerikanische Kakerlaken sowie über 200 frisch geschlüpfte Kakerlaken in der Unterkunft. Der Kammerjäger war 3x vor Ort, die Situation wurde jedoch merklich besser.Nach langem Streit wurde uns immerhin ein Teil der Kosten erstattet. Absolut keine Empfehlung für einen entspannten Urlaub.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Wir bedauern, dass Ihr Aufenthalt nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Auf die von Ihnen geschilderte Situation mit den Kakerlaken wurde von seiten des Eigentümers sofort gehandelt, indem umgehend ein professionellen Kammerjäger beauftragt wurde. Nach den durchgeführten Behandlungen hat sich die Situation deutlich verbessert. Bezüglich der genannten Anzahl von rund 80 ausgewachsenen und über 200 frisch geschlüpften Kakerlaken möchten wir folgendes bemerken: bei einem Aufenthalt von vier Wochen würde dies durchschnittlich etwa 20 ausgewachsene Kakerlaken pro Woche bedeuten, ca. 3 pro Tag - was in einem warmen mediterranen Umfeld leider nie vollständig ausgeschlossen werden kann. Die frisch ausgeschlüften Käfer wurden durch den Kammerjäger sofort eliminiert. Bezüglich der Ausstattung: Das Haus ist älteren Baujahres, was sich auch im entsprechend günstigeren Mietpreis widerspiegelt. Dennoch werden jedes Jahr Renovierungsarbeiten und Verbesserungen durchgeführt. So sind beispielsweise die Matratzen, Fernseher und weitere Ausstattungsgegenstände neueren Datums; ein neuer Geschirrspüler wurde während Ihres Aufenthaltes geliefert - ebenfalls wurden 2 neue Toiletten nach Ihrer Abreise installiert. Bei den genannten Türen handelt es sich wahrscheinlich um die Türen im Aussenbereich zu Nebenräumen, welche im Herbst gerichtet oder erneuert werden.

Prima vakantiehuis met zwembad

Wij hebben hier een leuke vakantie gehad. Het huis is ruim, goede wifi, de inrichting is een beetje gedateerd. De bedden zijn goed. Kerstin heeft ons goed ontvangen, we mochten eerder in het huis en later uitchecken. Er is ook een wasmachine aanwezig. Het zwembad is diep en er zijn ligstoelen in de tuin. Binnen 5 autominuten zijn een aldi en een lidl, op loopafstand is een kleine supermarkt. Lekker brood en gebak bij "strudel" , daar naast zit ook een leuk italiaans restaurant. Het strand (geen zand) is vlakbij. Hier zit ook een leuke cocktailbar. Binnen 15 minuten rijden ben je bij een groot winkelcentrum of in Denia.

Holiday Els Poblets

The villa needed updating, it could be a lovely villa. Finding the villa was an absolute nightmare, they should consider using the App Just Three Words. Problems we encountered were, the shower in upstairs apartment was useless, it had the wrong wall fixing, so had to be handheld. The barbecue area had not been cleaned at all. The outside furniture hadn’t been cleaned. One of the beds on ground floor wasn’t fit for purpose, 2 single mattresses placed on a base that was too small. We accept that lawns had to be mowed but the owner (who lived next door) had obviously planned maintenance for the trees in both properties knowing full well that the noise and disruption would mean we couldn’t sit outside or use the pool, we had to leave the property because of the noise and dust for several hours on 3 separate occasions. In the final week there was a problem with the swimming pool and we couldn’t use it for several days. Lastly we had an additional problem with cockroaches coming into the house, we were assured that this is a possibility in a Mediterranean area, however in 20 years renting villas in Spain it’s the first time we have encountered a problem.

Casa genial

La experiencia en general muy bien. Los dueños muy atentos ha cualquier cosa que nos faltaba. Lo peor es la profundidad de la piscina que cubre por completo menos en la escalera y los bichos( mosquitos y cucarachas) pero esto es un problema en la zona en general. Muchas gracias por todo

Prachtig huis met zwembad op een heerlijk rustige locatie

Wij hebben een fijne tijd gehad in een heerlijk ruim huis. Goede ontvangst door Kerstin, makkelijk afspraak maken. Onderhoud zwembad werd geruisloos gedaan. Communicatie vooraf en tijdens verblijf was uitstekend!
