Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

- guarantee of 400 € (it will be refunded within 1 week after departure).

The rent includes 100 kwh/ week for electricity and water 10 cbm/week (additional consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure).

The Space:
Lovely holiday home near the beach in a quiet location with private pool (the pool is only suitable for swimmers).

For rent there is 1 living-dining room (with air conditioning), 1 kitchen with exit to a beautiful dining area and barbecue area, 3 bedrooms (each with air conditioning), 2 bathrooms on the ground floor.
On the upper floor there is another bedroom with bathroom en-suite and exit to a small terrace (with air-condition). This room can only be reached by an outside staircase.

There is a lockable parking space on the property. Internet is available to tenants through wifi.

Barbecue area (Barbecue utensils must be brought by the tenant).

Guest Access:
somebody will meet the guests at the house.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a quiet residential area with single-family houses.

Getting Around:
It is around 1.2 km to the sandy beach and 600 meters to the pebble beach. Restaurants are within walking distance and there is also a bus stop nearby. Supermarket about 1.5 km away.

Other Things to Note:
Dog keeping not allowed. Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).
