Prefer not to go without the familiar comforts of home? Then visit our lovingly restored country-style gem in a quiet location directly on the canal, featuring its own private boat dock.

Whether you rent a paddleboat right next door to explore the countless branches of the River Spree (canals), use a bicycle (bike path right in front of the house) to discover the many gorgeous spots of this unique landscape conservation area, or simply want to relax—we offer you a well-kept starting point that features rustic decor while meeting the highest modern standards.

The house offers space for up to 4 people across 2 floors (each approx. 70 m² in size). The upper floor features a very open-plan design with a freestanding bed, a freestanding bathtub, an open shower area, a lounge, and, of course, a separate toilet.

The lower level includes an open-plan kitchen and living area, a separate bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a large sunroom with a fireplace, which also provides direct access to the terrace.

Should you still have the desire or need to work, you can use the small desk located on the upper floor. Furthermore, Wi-Fi is provided, along with a network connection in every room.

There are also 2 parking spaces directly in front of the approx. 400 m² property.

The fully restored log cabin, which is also located on the property, features an exquisite sauna, a relaxation area with a large fireplace, and a separate shower.
The sauna house can be booked separately on a daily basis.
