Pros: Apartment was clean and orderly. Everything was there that one needs for a stay. Beds were firm. Fridge, WLAN worked. Proprietors were friendly and helpul. Dog was accepted and caused no problems (no dog charge). Parking was secure (no charge). Surrounding area was quiet. It was nice to sit up on top roof and relax. This is an apartment for older folks ((there are steps) who want to explore the coast/area by car and visit interesting places and sites. We didn't use the pool but it was functional and was maintained.
Cons: For a tourist it is important that everything in an apartment works, doesn't drip or squeek. This apartment had a number of features/gadgets that didn't work. So the proprietors had to be called for help. But even they had trouble getting things going. Tourists like to watch TV in their own language. Thus the TV is an important instrument but had a mysterious operating system with 2 controllers. The gas cooking plate is actually dangerous because it emits gas without lighting it automatically. I recommend the proprietors and Holidu take a look at these gadgets and replace them with up to date things.
