Overlooking the sea, this penthouse apartment impresses guests with its fantastic views. The 111 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, two bedrooms, and two en suite bathrooms, accommodating up to four people. The home features high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), central air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, satellite TV, and a DVD player. An extra portable futon and a portable single bed in the garage may be added for children upon request.



Bedroom 1 has one king-size bed, and Bedroom 2 has two single beds. The living room has a sofa bed for one person. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with garden furniture, four private open terraces with a barbecue (one main barbecue), and a balcony. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area with a gated pool open year-round; a pool guard is present only during the summer season.



Free parking is available on the property. Pets are not allowed. Late check-in is available for an extra fee. Events are not permitted, and guests under 25 years of age are not allowed. An elevator is available in the building. Towels and bed linen are included. Please note that governmental water regulations may be in place during your stay, which could impact pool use, garden watering, or tap water usage. We kindly ask guests to book only if certain of their stay to ensure availability for genuine guests. Thank you.

Magnifique appartement avec une très belle vue mer et montagne

C'est un grand appartement avec tout le confort, 2 belles chambres avec 2 belles salles de bains, très bien agencé et sans vis à vis. Une grande terrasse très agréable. Les photos de l'annonce sont conformes à la réalité. Nous sommes venus en juin et c'était très calme. Le contact avec le propriétaire, Talat, est très bien. Dès que l'on a eu une question il a tout de suite répondu. Nous ne connaissions pas trop la région mais nous avons vraiment envie d'y passer de nouveau un séjour et si cet appartement est disponible à ce moment nous y retournerons.

Pros: First of all we had a goog contact with Talat, the owner. During period of corona we had contact (Whatsapp). Talat was very kind and understanding. Luckily we could still go on our trip. We arrived at the penthouse, were Sonia (a very kind lady) gives us the keys and showed us the place were we would stay for 14 days. The view from the terrace is amazing!! The penthouse is equipped with all the necessary equipment, included a new kitchen. We enjoyed our stay: relaxing at the pool; trips to Puerto Banus and Old Town Marbella, shopping in Malaga,... We definitely recommend this stay!

Wir waren 2 Paare und dieses Duplex Penthouse war ideal. Jeder hat seien Bereich und zum Frühstück kann man gemeinsam gemütlich die grosse Terrasse im unteren Stock benutzen. Elviria bietet alles: Läden, Restaurants und einen sehr schönen Strand. Mit dem Eigentümer, Talat, kann man jederzeit kommunizieren und die ganzen Abwicklungen bezüglich Zahlung und Deposit return haben sehr gut und schnell geklappt. Rita, Schweiz

Fantastic views towards Gibraltar and North Africa with stunning sunsets in the evening. The apartment is well equipped and the owner continues to update it, installing a new kitchen and new showers. Secure site with underground parking. Nice neighbourhood, clean, well maintained and peaceful. Communication with the owner is excellent.
