Casa Dream Holiday - with pool, private garden and close to the beach

Great and centrally located holiday home in an extremely quiet and well-kept urbanization near the center of Denia and only 800 m from the beach.
The house has a private garden as well as a communal garden with a large pool.
There are 3 bedrooms and a living/dining room with an open kitchen and two bathrooms, both with shower. From the dining room you have direct access to the sunny and partly covered terrace with a wonderful view of the Montgo mountain. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a roof terrace and the second bathroom with bath and shower.
A fully equipped kitchen completes the offer.
All rooms are fully air-conditioned
2 large supermarkets can be reached in 350 m, Denia center / old town is only 1200 m away and about 10 min to reach on foot.
Particularly suitable for families with children, as there is a cot, high chair and children's crockery and cutlery.

Lovely house, really well equipped and the pool was just lovely. Only a 10 min walk into town, 10 min drive to the beach and lots of shops, bars and places to eat near by. We would recommend this accommodation!

Great holiday home in Denia

Perfect accommodation for our family trip to Denia. Spacious, clean & modern. Quiet neighbourhood & walking distance into Dénia town centre as well as the marina. Pool is great & just outside the garden gate. We will visit again.

Amazing

We loved our stay in the house. It is in a beautiful setting with a great pool. It has everything you need and more! The location is superb with the supermarkets just round the corner and the town just a 10 minute walk. Simona was a perfect host and helped us with any questions including sorting a transfer from the airport. We can’t wait to go back!

The place for a perfect vacation!

This house is exactly what you see on the pictures and what you read in the ad! It is well kept and very clean and the pool is great! It takes about 10-20 minutes to walk in to the town and there are lots of restaurants to choose between. Simona is a lovely host and very easy to talk to. I really recommend this house, you will not be disappointed!!!

Great villa in perfect location

We absolutely loved the accommodation and Dénia. The villa was so well equipped with everything that we could need. It is well situated in a complex with a pool which was definitely needed in the hot weather. It's about 15 minutes walk in to Dénia where there are lots of restaurants and a really nice evening vibe. Simona was great at answering any questions and always returned messages really quickly. We loved it here!

Family holiday

We had a wonderful time in Denia. We are regular visitors to the area & have stayed in numerous properties. This property did not disappoint. Everything about it was great. The house had everything we needed, the garden & terrace area was beautiful. The pool area was clean, quiet & just what we needed in the heat of the sun. Only negative was the mosquitoes,, we have never had so many bites even though we took every precaution. We had 6 adults in our property & there was ample room for everyone . 1st class property ⭐️

Exactly what we wanted.

The house was everything we wanted, and more. Ideal location, short walk to amenities, and into Denia town. Close to lovely restaurants and bars. The house was immaculate, and had everything we needed. The owner was very thoughtful, giving us recommendations on eating and things to do. And was always at the end of the phone if we had any issues. We weren’t given the gate to the pool, but was very quickly resolved within a hour. Highly reccomend!!

Super net huis waar je met zes volwassenen in 3 2 persoonsbedden en twee badkamers kan verblijven. Keuken is goed uitgerust. Precies goed dat er niet te veel persoonlijke spullen liggen. Die zijn overigens wel overal in huis te vinden. Met de omliggende huisjes deel je het zwembad. De bezitters/bewoners vinden dat niet allemaal even leuk. Andersom zijn er ook owners die doen als of alles van hen zelf is.

Vollkommen begeistert

Tolle Unterkunft. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung. Wir waren komplett zufrieden, alles sauber und ordentlich und alle möglichen Helferlein die man so braucht im Urlaub. Die Lage ist sehr gut - Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Essmöglichkeiten in Laufweite. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Terrasse und der Swimmingpool. Super auch für Familien mit Kinder. Familie Ivanescu sind hilfsbereite und nette Leute. Als würde man sich schon länger kennen. Einfach top. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Einfach perfekt

Wir waren mehrmals in Denia und dieses Haus war mit Abstand die schönste Unterkunft die wir hatten. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, es fehlt an nichts. Alles auch sehr sauber. Da wir mit Kleinkindern reisen waren der umzäunte Garten und die vorhandenen Spielsachen einfach perfekt. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig, der Gemeinschaftspool ist groß und sauber. Die Innenstadt, die Marina mit vielen Restaurants und der Sandstrand sind sehr nah. Die Gastgeberin ist äußerst nett und zuvorkommend, und hat sogar ein Shuttelservice zum Flughafen organisiert. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder
