Very very beautiful, comfortable villa "L'Italienne". In the resort 1 km from the centre of Saint Cyr Village, in a quiet position in the residential district, 900 m from the sea. Private: property 575 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (3 x 4 m, depth 130 - 130 cm, seasonal availability: 16.Apr. - 01.Oct.) with alarm system. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Le Viguier" 750 m, railway station "Saint Cyr les Lecques-La Cadière" 1.3 km, sandy beach "Les Lecques" 900 m. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand 2 km. Hiking paths: Massifs Sainte Beaume et Sainte Victoire, Parcs naturels des Calanques, de Port, Cros, de Porquerolles et sites préservés. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in SaintCyr La Madrague, 2 km.

Très belle maison, bien entretenue. Très joli jardin avec petite piscine bien appréciée. Cuisine très bien équipée. A 15min à pieds de la plage et 20 min à pied du centre ville. Parfait ! Nous reviendrons, et conseillons cette location

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool

Wir waren dort mit 5 Erwachsenen und 2 älteren Kindern (14 und 17). Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert. Sehr hell in allen Räumen, komplett klimatisiert, sehr gepflegter Garten mit ausreichend großem Pool, Grill usw. Im Ort ist Strand, Bäcker, Supermarkt, Apotheke usw. fußläufig in etwa 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen.

Das Haus ist toll es ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Trotz der Lage hat man dort seine Privatsphäre unsere Fahrzüge waren auf den Abgeschlossenen Bereich untergetaucht.

Great house!

We stayed here for a long weekend in May and the house was great! Very nice size, well organized, very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The house is in a good location, close to the beach, restaurants, stores, bakeries, activities. It's also very close to lots of other town that are great to visit. We stayed in the house as three adults and three small kids and it was lovely. A crib was provided and the kids loved the pool in the backyard, which was nicely kept and big. Would stay again

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances dans cette maison très agréable. Nous étions 6, mais nous aurions été tout aussi confortable à 8. La maison possède une climatisation individuelle pour chaque pièce, la cuisine est très bien équipée. La maison de trouve dans un petit lotissement et est fermée avec un portail electrique. On se sent très en sécurité. Le centre d' Interhome Saint-cyr est également aceuillant. Je ne peux que vous recommander cette maison.
