Tucked away on a quiet palm-lined cul-de-sac, this stylish getaway features a private pool with loungers, a fully stocked kitchen for meals and cocktails, and everything you need to relax in comfort. Whether you’re seeking peaceful mornings, beach adventures, or a bit of both, your perfect coastal escape awaits!
PROPERTY DETAILS:
Escape to this spacious and inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath home that comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests—perfect for families, couples, or small groups looking to relax and reconnect. Whether you're lounging by the private pool or spending the day at the beach, this home is designed for effortless comfort and memorable getaways.
Inside, you'll find a bright and open layout with plenty of room to gather and unwind. The fully equipped kitchen features a convenient breakfast bar, while the adjacent cozy sitting area offers the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee, curl up with a good book, sip cocktails, or challenge someone to a game of chess. The main living and dining areas create an inviting space for spending quality time together, and smart TVs in the living room, primary bedroom, and queen bedroom provide entertainment for everyone.
Thoughtful amenities throughout the home include onsite laundry, beach essentials, and family-friendly conveniences. Guests will have access to beach chairs, pool floats, beach umbrellas, towels, toys, and a beach wagon for easy seaside adventures. A Pack ’n Play and high chair are also available for little ones.

☀ DISCLAIMER ☀ Use of all amenities, including the pool and grill, is at your own risk. Violations of house rules or Pinellas County short-term rental ordinances may result in immediate termination of your reservation, no refund, and a $1,500 violation fee.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will access the home via keyless entry. A code will be provided on the date of check in. Guests have access to the whole home including patio and pool area.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
We will be available via phone or in-person (if needed) throughout your stay if you have any questions or concerns. Feel free to contact us anytime!
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
A signed short-term rental agreement is required. Please review and return within 48 hours of receiving it. Access to the property cannot be granted without a completed and signed agreement

TERMS OF AGREEMENT
Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of overnight guests permitted is six (6) guests. The total number of persons on the property must not exceed this limit at any time. Unauthorized visitors or "day guests" are strictly prohibited without prior written host approval. Violation may result in immediate cancellation without a refund and/or additional fees.
Guest Requirements. The booking Guest must be at least 25 years of age and must present a valid government-issued photo ID (showing picture and date of birth) prior to or upon check-in. The booking Guest must be present at the property for the entire duration of the stay. Third-party bookings are strictly prohibited. Guest is responsible for the conduct of all members of their party and any other persons permitted on the property.
Rental Rules. Guest agrees to abide by the House Rules & Pool Rules attached as Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference. Guest shall ensure all members of their party and any persons permitted on the property comply with all rules at all times. Guest is solely responsible for the actions of their party.
Insurance. Homeowner strongly recommends that Guest purchase travel and/or liability insurance. Guest acknowledges this recommendation and assumes all risk for losses not covered by such insurance.
Weather & Mandatory Evacuation. No refunds will be issued for any weather-related cancellations or disruptions, including but not limited to rain, storms, hurricanes, or tropical weather events. Homeowner strongly recommends that Guest purchase travel and/or trip cancellation insurance for protection against weather-related losses. Regardless of weather conditions, Guests are required to comply with all mandatory evacuation orders issued by state or local authorities. Failure to vacate in compliance with a mandatory evacuation order is a violation of this Agreement and applicable law.
General Provisions.
• Guest shall not change, add, or tamper with any locks.
• Guest shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or interfere with neighboring residents.
• Guest shall not use the property for any unlawful purpose or violate any applicable ordinance or law.
• Guest shall not make repairs or alterations without Homeowner's prior written consent.
• Guest shall not damage, destroy, or remove any part of the property, furniture, appliances, or fixtures.
• Guest agrees to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws at all times.
• Waiver of any breach shall not constitute waiver of any other or subsequent breach.
• In any action to enforce this Agreement, the prevailing party shall recover reasonable attorney's fees and legal costs.
• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
