C209 is a totally remodeled one bedroom, one bathroom condo with a/c. There is a king size bed in the bedroom. The bathroom has a shower only. 
It is the perfect combination of Hawaiian calmness and modern amenities. The living room combines a tropical decor with new electronics. The kitchen has state of the art new appliances and the island gives lots of room for preparing meals.  

Lovely pool area with hot tub, saunas & 5 bbq grills. Tennis & pickleball courts.
FREE parking.
C209 is on the 2nd floor.  NO elevators so you are walking up stairs.

C209 is an oasis to be enjoyed while sipping a glass of wine or enjoying a meal overlooking the lush garden.

Having traveled extensively and stayed at countless vacation rentals around the world, I've learned that properties rarely live up to their photos and descriptions. This place is the exception — it's actually better than advertised.The unit is freshly remodeled and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable vacation. Whether you're cooking a meal or just unwinding after a day at the beach, you'll find the space has been set up with real attention to detail.The host was incredibly responsive from booking through checkout, which made the entire experience seamless.Location-wise, it doesn't get much better: just a 25-minute drive from the airport and a quick 3-minute walk to the beach. Shopping and restaurants are all within a 10-minute drive, so you have convenience without sacrificing tranquility.Whether you're a couple looking for a relaxing getaway or a family needing space and comfort, this place truly checks every box. Highly recommend!

Leslie was very prompt in responding to our needs and queries. The properly was equipped with everything we needed for our visit. We loved our stay and the hospitality. The area is amazing just few steps away from beach and a huge park for us to spend quality time with our newborn.

I am Leslie and I moved to Maui 40 years ago. I immediately started work at Luana Kai in Kihei and am still here. I am blessed to call Luana Kai my FAMILY. I have had the pleasure of watching families grow up year after year and some who were babies when I started are coming back with their babies now. Such a delight.

At Luana Kai, we pride ourselves on creating a ‘home away from home’ experience, just as our many cherished returning guests have found.

Step into our thoughtfully designed apartments, where we understand that your needs go beyond what a typical hotel can offer. Enjoy the convenience of complimentary hardwired broadband and WIFI internet, a fully equipped kitchen, a relaxing bath, in-room laundry facilities, cable TV, and even a convenient voice mail service.

Even with our great rates, we’re near to world famous restaurants, world-class performance venues, and activities. Your condo is only 5 to 10 minutes drive from Hawaii’s best beaches and golf.

Once you’ve seen it all you can read a great book from our free library while you tan at the pool. You can also enjoy the sauna, whirlpool, cabana kitchen, and gas barbecues.

You can also play tennis and play pickleball on regulation tennis courts, putt around on our nine hole golf green, or try your hand at traditional shuffleboard.

Watch for whales swimming and breaching from November through May when our humpback friends are all part of the family. You can stroll the park and beaches and view windsurfers, fishermen, whales, kites and kite-boards. After a spectacular sunset, you can cool off in one of our optionally air-conditioned condos.
