The White Flat is our newest vacation rental and was furnished by our interior designer with great attention to detail. This exclusive apartment—ideal for your vacation or business trip to Graz—offers the ultimate in style and comfort in every way. In addition to complete living comfort, you can take advantage of our 24-hour self-check-in, enjoy breakfast from our in-house bakery, and benefit from the ideal location of our apartments, which are situated in the center of Graz.

Our white apartment features a spacious entryway that leads directly into the bathroom. The bedroom offers absolute comfort, almost like staying in a luxury hotel. Its quiet location facing the inner courtyard ensures a restful and peaceful night’s sleep. Located on the first floor of our apartment building, this vacation rental is secured with bars, guaranteeing round-the-clock safety. In the bedroom, in addition to the luxurious and cozy double bed (180 x 200 cm), you’ll also find a comfortable pull-out sofa bed (160 x 200 cm). Ideal for a stay with family and children.
The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, dining table, and plenty of accessories, ensures a culinary delight, a cozy atmosphere, and ample space for up to 4 people. For a hearty breakfast, pick up fresh rolls and pastries at the in-house bakery, located just a minute’s walk from the vacation rental.
A crib for toddlers and a high chair are available upon request. A free, secure parking space is also available.
